Advanced Life Support Kurs of the German Resuscitation Council (in cooperation with the European Resuscitation Council
Content:This Europe-wide standardised course is based on the actual Guidelines for Resuscitation, published in October 2010 (free download: www.erc.edu). We teach advanced life support including airway management, use of drugs, rhythm recognition, and defibrillation in small groups and with an intensive supervision by certified ERC instructors (1 instructor per 3 participants). Practical training is supplemented by workshops about periarrest arrhythmias, postresuscitation care, and ethics. After successful participation the students receive an Advanced Life Support Provider certificate, which is valid for 5 years.
Target audience: Physicians, healthcare professionals, medical students, paramedics and nurses (especially from ICU/ PACU/ CCU)
Duration: 2,5 days

Paediatric Life Support Provider Kurs of the German Resuscitation Council (in cooperation with the European Resuscitation Council)

We teach advanced life support for infants and children including airway management, intraosseus access, drug use in periarrest situations, rhythm recognition, and defibrillation. As in all GRC/ ERC courses you work in small groups and with 1 certified ERC instructor per 3 participants. Practical training is supplemented by workshops about special circumstances, postresuscitation care, and ethics. After successful participation the students receive a European Paediatric Life Support Provider certificate, which is valid for 5 years.

ACRM (Anesthesia Crisis Resource Management)
Content: This simulator based human factor training combines psychological knowledge about human performance and human error with scenario training in a high fidelity simulated environment (OR, ICU). Medical emergencies in dental practice
Content: Management of life-threatening emergencies in the dental practice. A strong focus is set on essential skills such as basic airway management, Basic Life Support (BLS), defibrillation with AED, vascular access, and a few drugs needed in periarrest-situations.
